Versus 3-bets
  • Fold: Against a tight range, the absent wheel draw and domination risk make continuing unattractive.
  • Call selectively: Big blind defense can continue when the price and position support the nut-flush draw.
Post-flop playability
  • Nut-flush draw: When two flop cards share A6s's suit, A6s has the nut-flush draw without a made straight.
  • Top pair: When an ace flops without a six, A6s has a vulnerable top pair, usually better as a bluff catcher than a value hand.
  • Missed flop: On a flop without an ace or six and with one card in A6s's suit, A6s has no pair and only a backdoor flush path.
