Versus 3-bets

Fold nearly always outside the Big Blind. A three-gapper lacks enough clean draws to continue against a strong range.
Defend only at an unusually favorable price with deep effective stacks and a clear postflop plan.

Post-flop playability

Straight routes are sparse. With 62s, the six can join 3-4-5 for a six-high straight, or the deuce can join A-3-4 for the wheel, but neither route appears often.
Two spades on the flop create a flush draw. A six-high flush can still be dominated by any higher flush, especially in multiway pots.
A pair of sixes has a poor kicker. A pair of deuces is usually too weak to call multiple bets without extra equity.
