Flop classes

Jack-high with a flush draw

J♦ gives top pair while 8♠ and 3♠ add two board cards to the two spades in J3s. Continue with the four-card flush draw, but the 3 kicker still limits value when the flush misses.

Low connected

A backdoor flush route can help, but J3s has no direct straight draw on this board. Continue only with price or added equity.

Complete miss

Without a flush draw or a strong backdoor plan, check and give up to pressure.

Versus 3-bets

Call selectively or fold: Continue only when position, price, and effective stack make the flush equity realizable.
Avoid automatic defense: Better Jx and higher suited hands dominate too many favorable-looking flops.

Post-flop playability
