Versus 3-bets

Fold: Q9o should fold to a 3-bet against normal ranges.
Continue only with a clear exploit: Its blocker and connectivity are not enough against a tight 3-bet range.

Post-flop playability

Respect domination: A Queen pair has reasonable showdown value against wide ranges, but QTo and better Qx make large pots uncomfortable.
